ABOUT

My name is Louise. I was diagnosed with autism in my late forties, and two years later diagnosed with ADHD.

This blog is my journey from late diagnosis, how I navigate the ups and downs of life, and the strategies I use to cope.

I also write about my lifestyle, my life experiences, and raising awareness about neurodiversity.

Autism and ADHD can look different in each person. This is one way they can present.

My aim is to promote understanding of neurodiversity, share my personal experiences, and encourage inclusive education and employment.

The views expressed are my own, and are not intended to represent any employer or educational institution.

Janitorial cart in office hallway

Janitorial cart with cleaning bottles, mop, and trash bag in an office corridor

The image shows a yellow janitorial cart parked along a glossy, marble-floored hallway inside an office building. The cart is filled with various cleaning supplies including spray bottles, a mop, buckets, and a blue trash bag attached to the side. The hallway features large windows on one side, allowing natural light to illuminate the space, while a glass and wood railing runs along the length of the corridor. In the background, a few people are visible walking towards the exit, adding a sense of scale and activity to the scene.
